A month ago I enquired how to cancel my Cel C contract as it expires on 23 Dec this year. I was told by the call centre that I must send a letter to [Email Removed] and then phone 084 143 29... after sending my letter 5 times and no reply, I phoned the number - it doesnt exist! I phoned again and spoke to a different person who told me that I have the wrong email address - I must use [Email Removed] - well again sent it 3 times and NOTHING! I then logged a complaint on their webpage and got a reply saying that they are experiencing high volumes - must be all the complaints! What must I do to cancel my cel phone contract? Am I not entitled to choose whether I want to keep my contract or not? Why do you make it so hard for someone to end their contract with you when they are dreadfully unhappy with the service? I do not have the time for this - someone please help me. If you dont reply, my next stop will be the Ombudsman for Service providers because I wont have you renew my contract for another 2 years and then charge me penalties! I have had it with Cel C
