Bad service

My cellphone contract expires on the 4th of November 2013. I contacted the 081180 customer care and explained that I dont have time to go into a Telkom store and they gave me the "retain" email address. I sent a request to cancel my contract on the 7th of October - no feedback. On the 21st of October I sent a follow up by which they sent me the documentation. I sent it completed the same day. Up to now nobody has phoned me back. I contacted 081180 again today. No log to my account about cancellation. This is absolutely terrible service! I have to cancel my contract within 21 days of it expiring - how do i do that if I dont receive any feedback at all.
