I have on numerous occasions tried to get the signal problem resolved at my house
Technicians were sent out to my house, where it was acknowledged that the signal was so poor, it is actually non-existent.
I asked what my options were and advised to procure a Pyonting antenna.
I purchased the Omni antenna @ R800 and installed it myself.
No effect.
I then purchased the Directional antenna, @R1500.
Your company sent out an installer, who then installed the antenna, but could not get signal, and could not test it as there was no one on site to test the installation.
A technician and installer was sent out, to test the installation.
The technician said that there was a marginal increase on the signal, from 1 bar to 2 bars. But I still couldn't connect.
He tested my modem and then said it was faulty.
He assured me that a replacement/loan modem would be made available.
This has not transpired.
I have subsequently purchased a Cell C prepaid sim card, and without the antenna, using the alleged faulty modem, I have 2 bars.
I attached it to the antenna, no effect, thus according to my limited knowledge, the antenna is not working.
Should I move to Cell C as my contract expires Oct 13?
