I have been a subscriber for a number of years to Iburst's broadband facility. When I started the contract I was told I resided in a good signal area. On complaining at a later stage re the broadband speed or lack thereof I was told I was in a poor signal area. I needed an external antenna which would sort out the problem. The antenna was installed but the signal has not improved very much.
I also responded to one of their offers to upgrade via satellite. I sent them an email requesting more information. That was at least a month ago but to date no response from them.
