MTN on holiday already!!

I wrote a report on [URL Removed] on 22 November. I got feedback from MTN on the 28th to say that someone will contact me. It's now the 9 Dec and nobody has contacted me.

Original Complaint:
I took out a 3g uncapped contract in August 2012. The reception at my house was so bad that MTN had to install an antenna for my modem to pick up any signal. it went good for the first 3 months or so but ever since I get maybe one day in a month where I get 7Mbps. The rest of the time I get between 0.2kbs and 0.01kbs speed. It's absolutely ridiculous. I cannot get through to someone at you call center that can help me. Please send someone out to my house to check the antenna and the modem. Something has to be wrong. OR It looks like you CAP my uncapped internet, before I even start using it.
