We are struggling for 2 months now with our signal from 8ta.
We have gone to the 8ta shop for help they said the signal is fine with them. They will send a technician out. I have missed the call with the technical. I have try to phone them spending almost an hour on the phone trying to sort this out they logged it again. Had no response after that. I think that we will need a booster to get a better signal from them. We have already installed a pointing antenna to up the reception. Still no luck :( I am paying for an Internet service that is not working properly. Speed test 17 Nov 8:39 - Download .12Mbps, Upload .05Mbps
