We have a dstv walka 7 its about 3 months old the antenna has bend and i contacted the repairs department they say they do not replace antenna's under warranty or fix them i need to buy a new walka. i am not happy about this as you know the antenna's are extremely thin and flimsy. i dont know if this is a plooy from multi choice to sell more drifters but this is not right. i saw on hello peter that there was a customer whose antenna has broken and his unit was replaced under warranty. when i bought this under Patiswa's attention she denies that it ever happened and said under no circumstance would they replace the unit. Please can you sort this out ASAP.
