Lost sale on house due to incorrect ITC listing

On 4 Jan 2011 we cancelled our Neotel contract due to poor signal. They sent a technician out beforehand and we installed a signal strength antenna in Eldoraigne (which is an area that should have excellent strength). The technician advised us to rather cancel the contract because they cannot seem to increase the signal (even with the antenna) to above 2 bars. We received an email on 5 Jan and a call on 10 Jan 2011 confirming the termination of the service. In Mar 2011 we received an SMS indicating the account is in arrears. After numerous calls (we have the ref nrs) no one called us back and eventually on 8 April we sent an email with the cancellation emails and call ref nrs. We received an email back confirming that they only terminated the service on 24 Mar 2011 due to technical error on their side, however we need to pay for the service until then. We refused (obviously?). We unplugged the phone and we had an ADSL line installed in the meantime, but they say there was usage on the account until termination? Now they listed us on ITC due to non payment. Anyone no a good attorney that can help me resolve this?
