My wife's Samsung Siii which I have on contract since January 2013 suddenly stopped charging. Took it in to MTN and they sent it away. Today they told us that the repairs are R 5400 and the phone is worth R 6399.93. They claim it to be liquid damage... very convenient... The phone was never near any liquid.. We live on the coast though and don't know if this could contribute to their "liquid damage". It just sounds too convenient when the repairs are costly..Please help..
