I bought a once off promotional my meg 1Gig data bundle for R149 by dialing *111# . After selecting it and going through the prompts it came up with an error, so i went through the process again and it came up with an error again, so i thought the system was down only to receive 2 sms's saying i have 2 bundles active. I phoned the customer care line and i was informed that they cant reverse a once off bundle and i find that very unfair as i received two error messages when buying a bundle and i see it as a waste to have 2 Gigs worth of data on my phone that i will just end up wasting or not even using up so i must pay for something i may not use.
