I have 3 contracts with Vodacom - 2 voice and 1 data contract. On 20 June I purchased a 3 Gig data bundle for R489, but instead of selecting my data card number (0825703011), I selected a voice number (0827756796) in error. I phoned the call centre but was informed that I could not be refunded, or neither could the bundle be transferred to my data number.
