I signed an MTN contract at the beginning of this year but ever since I have very poor signal (GSM/GPRS) in my area. According to the MTN coverage website I should have HSDPA signal as well as LTE signal in my area but I struggle with GPRS on my smartphone. I've emailed several complaints to their coverage division but had absolutely no response besides an automated reply. If MTN are unable to fix this, I demand the cancellation of my contract and would need to jump service providers as I need data access on my smartphone.
