Unacceptable Data Bundle Process

I bought a 2gig data bundle, I started using it, and every now and then I wanted to check my balance. Every time I did this, it would just come up with a random error (different each time). Even when I check now, it throws the same error.

So I thought I would rely on the SMS that gets sent out every now and then to remind you of exactly how much data you have left. These SMS's never came until 6hours after I had already run out of data. This is unacceptable. Now I have no idea how much data I have used outside of bundle (At a ridiculous R2 a meg).

If I didn't know any better, I would say that Vodacom actually does things like this on purpose to get extra money out of their customers.

I will never use Vodacom's Data services again, and I will encourage all my friends to do the same.
