I had an unpaid debit order at the end of august due problems with my acc therefore resulting in mtn not getting their monies and myself not being able to make a manual payment.
my service was suspended for incoming and outgoing calls yesterday and this morning i called mtn (808) at 08:17 and spoke to a lady by the name of Maiphephi.she was efficient, spoke clearly and really help me update my new acc number and reconnect my service since i requested for a payment arrangement for a double debit the end of this month.honestly i wasn't really certain whether or not the payment arrangement was going to be a success but to my surprise is was and the main reason why she reconnected it is because this was my first unpaid debit order with mtn since i first subscribed to my contract.i am really pleased to see that mtn does pay back to their loyal customers and really values their customers and for that i would like to thank you.i will continue being a loyal customer to mtn till the end. Thank you guys and mostly thank you to Maiphephi for her good customer service and kindness. MTN ROCKS
