MTN BLOCKS INCOMING SERVICE

I received a notice that my outgoing calls have been suspended, I was not upset or surprised, and understand the measures MTN takes to ensure account payment. However MTN BARRED my INCOMING calls and this is a new ball game. They'll expect me to pay in full all service and calls I have used even if it means legal action ALONG with ALL payments DUE TILL THE END of my contract, no problem, BUT one of these payments will be for incoming calls, for APRIL, WHICH IS BARRED?
I am guilty of missing my last month's payment, ( which was also higher then normally), the main reason being, I earn commission, and not to go into a long personal difficulties debate, in my line of work, we have quieter periods in Jan - March.
I am dependent on receiving calls to earn an income with which to pay my accounts.
I have missed 1 debit about 2 yrs before, which was paid by the next deduction date along with the payment due @ date, thus I have never been behind on payment more then 1 month and MTN has never had to TAKE LEGAL ACTION to be paid without any success for months at a time, neither has any other company with whom I have debit orders. After a loyal 11 yrs, is it time to move my number?
