We have applied for an addition of new contract and was approved more than a
month ago. We waited more than 2 weeks for the delivery of the Samsung S4 mini
and are still waiting 10 days after receiving the phone for activation of the sim. The consultant
replied by email just now that the Network is the hold up. It's been one excuse after another so I don't know what to believe. I have complained through the Autopage
Website last week. They didn't even bother to reply or contact me. I called customer service and all
they did was to try put me through to the same service consultant. He wasn't available and I was greeted
with an extremely arrogant and totally unhelpful salesperson. The previous time it was exactly the same.
Autopage has proofed again to be incompetent and totally disorganised.
