My phone can't be located by AUTOPAGE, they told me it would take 10 - 14 working days to repair and call me back to pick up the phone. Tomorrow will be the 20th working day, I called them today they cannot locate the phone and they blaming their system. I spoke to Harry from Autopage Greenstone who took down my alternate number and who also promised call me which he hasn't. I don't think Autopage knows what they are doing. On the 13th I sent Harry an email which he himself requested that I do so as if he was going to help me I got nothing from him, I spoke to him today which is 15 days later. Please also note that the phone I returned to them was only a month and two weeks old (Samsung S4 Mini). I have been with Autopage for longer than 5 years but I still don't think I'm a valued customer, I wish to be taken seriously thats all.
