The level of service I have received from Autopage is absolutely appalling! I noticed an irregularity on my invoice last month and requested clarification from them. They promised to contact me within 24 hours, but they couldn't be bothered to do so. A week later I called again.
Now there is once again a mistake on my invoice and when I called to query it, I got put on hold for 10 minutes waiting to speak to a supervisor. Eventually I got transferred to another random consultant.
I find it highly frustrating and utterly disgusting that it is necessary for me to go through my invoice with a fine tooth comb every month just to check that Autopage isn't trying to rob me. This really makes me question why I still have a contract with them and I will most definitely rethink the situation when the time comes for me to upgrade again!
For shame Autopage, for shame!!
