I got a new Samsung Note on contract. 3 weeks after getting it, it would not boot up and I took it back to the store for repair. It has now been with Autopage for 7 weeks. Call the shop and they just say it has not come back, call the service centre/head office and they say they cannot find it on the system, even with my reference number. I am paying for something I don't have, they have had it in repairs for twice as long as I had it my hands. No one is willing or able to assist. I have 2 data contracts with Autopage and I was going to move my 2 voice contracts to them when they were due for renewal, not any longer.
