I upgraded on the 24th January to a Samsung S4 mini. Was promised that I would receive the phone early the next week as I was leaving town later that week. No phone by the Wednesday so I phone to be told that they take between 3 to 7 days for the phone to be delivered. They could not tell me where the phone is and when they would be delivering. The following week still nothing. I complain on the website, phone their customer services, send e-mails etc. and all I get is that I get is thank you for your comments and a consultant will make contact within 12 to 24 hrs.
Well, today is the 7th February and still no phone or contact. Phoned the customer services last night and told them to shove the phone where it fits best (in vibrating mode) and that I want to cancel my contract with Autopage.
I must add that I have been an Autopage customer since 1998. Surely that must count for something.
My wife also upgraded with them last year and had similar issues. Altech Autopage . . . . .you guys need to wake up and smell the roses with your service delivery.
