A complaint was lodged 2 weeks ago, Vodacom responded within 24 hrs saying the matter would be addressed. My impending move of my contracts to Cell- C was met with an undertaking by Vodacom to try and do a deal match, I was to email copies of the contracts I was offered by Cell-C which they would try and match (strange they don't know what the competition is offering). The last communication received was a week ago saying that I would be contacted shortly regarding the deals. A further two emails to Vadacom concerning the matter have gone unanswered. Vodacom it seems cannot match deals offered by other service providers and will stick its head in the ground while a customer of almost 20 years will move wisely to the service providers offering value. It is no small wonder Vodacom sales outlet staff openly admit to having contracts with rival service providers. Not only does Vodacom not offer value it seems service levels have suffered the same fate!!!
