Can you believe that vodacom [worst reception network in SA] are happy to loose me as a clinet who spends between 3-4 thopusand rand per month???
i told them i require better cignal and they should spend less of our money on advetising and costs to us, and more on infrastructure.
they also wont upgrade my status to provide me with better renewal option saying i dont spend enough??? i have spent more money with them than anyone i know and they think that a new i phone will do the deal for me after nearly 2 decades of being their clinet. when i say i want more than a phone for all the dropped calls and fortunes i have and would continue to spend or ill go to MTN, the consultant said fine... can you believe that???
fact!! if Vodacom can afford to treat me this way and loose me [big spender] as a client they should not be in the network business period. i am not one person but a significant client who should represent millions.
