Good day.
I have been trying to contact the MTN 808 number to have my other contract number activated but for some concerning reason I have not been able to get through. I have made close to 7 calls and held for over 15 minutes on each. When I contact Customer services they also refer me to the 808 number. I have also been to the Walk in Centre in the malls and they also tell me to reboot the phone and if it doesnt work, call 808.
Can someone please assist on the 808 number because all we get to hear is the IVR that goes on endlessly.
