I went into a Telkom shop and asked to cancel my account on the 3rd of July this year. I spoke to a consultant and was assured the cancellation will be logged and end of contract will be on the 3rd of August. A week later i called Telkom to put the account on hold and heard that the cancellation had not gone trough!! i was furious, but the lady assured me my cancellation will now be logged. ijust last week received a bill again!! I have had enough! The line has not even been used since the 10th of July!!!
