40 minutes, 60 Rand and no PUK numbe

My sim card got blocked on Friday night when travelling by plane. I bought a vodacom simcard to contact from the airport to contact cellc to retrieve my puk number. They told me that they do not have my details as my contract is with NM. I contacted NM only to find that their call centre is close which I find to be ridiculous. I left a message but did not hear anything from NM. I called back on Saturday morning at about 09h00 only to be transferred about 5 times and wasting R50 worth of airtime on one call with no result! I asked my girlfriend to call for me but she was told that the puk number cannot be given to her because it can't be authorised. They promised to call me back but till this morning I have heard nothing. I have been holding for 25 minutes with still no answer on the phone now and find it completely pathetic that it is such a mission to get one simple number. I don't want to leave another message because I know I won't get a call back. I beg of you to please do something about your useless client services.
