I have new contract with Vodacom with a new number. The number belonged to someone whose calls I now receive and very high sensitive personal information comes to this number. I get sms like bank notifications, licenses and accounts notifications. Now I keep my phone off for this is a nightmare. I called Vodacom contract customers care center and all I got was that its not of my concern that the person didn't update this financial institutes with his new contact number.
From Vodacom supervisor I have to pay to get a different number, which was supposed to be the case from the beginning. If wasn't someone's number there wouldn't be a need to change anything at all.
I have my old contract number which I requested to use on my new contract, and instead I could only get a new number that belongs to someone.
