I upgraded my contract on the 9 September 2013 with Kefilwe. I had given her my correct delivery address and she was very friendly and reimbursed me for the month for upgrading and said my phone would be delivered within 3 - 7 working days. I then get a call the next day from RTT confirming my address and notifying me that the phone was in Pietersburg instead of Pietermaritzburg. I understand that mistakes happen so called the Customer Services to inform them of the mistake. I was given the RTT ref number and basically told to trace it myself. I thought this was uncalled for as it isnt my mistake. I have since spoken to three different people in the Retention department about cancelling the upgrade so that I may go into a store but still no resolution. Alot of promised sms's not sent and returned calls not made, I have lost all faith in Mtn and will cancel the contract.
