Monies Paid For no Serrvice - No Phone

Now I am minus almost R700 for the service. no phone. no sim. No Contract signed by me.
MTn Is steeling my Monies

Phone was delivered after a few calls was made to change the delivery address, now someone else signed for my delivery, and i still dont have my phone. I did call the callcentre but does not get joy.
The Call centre was called on the 24th Dec '12, 28th Dec '12, 31st Dec '12. they even called me to ask about the delivery address but yet delivery address was not changed. Phone was delivered on the 4th Jan '12 to the original delievry address
original request was made 19 December 2012. The delivery guy delivered without confirming it is me.

3 weeks and no satisfatory reply from MTN Direct
