I have had enough of bad service or accepting mediocre, I got my daughter an upgrade and we settled on the Samsung Mini III, anyway last week out for the evening the phone went flat and was placed in its cover in my bag on getting home put it on charge and it would not switch the screen on except made relevant sounds of starting up took it into Cresta Vodacom, for it is just under 3 months since we got it and well warranty and all those things, I receive and sms today saying job number 9186878 declined WHY??? they couldn't give a clear answer instead was told that the LCD was cracked and that happened how?? Really prove it was dropped there is not one mark on that phone it has always been in double cover with screen protection from moment it was taken now they trying to avoid fixing LCD and yes forgot they told me that they sent a quote for the replacement of LCD screen??? WHAT? No such thing happened ever not via SMS not via email I am fed up with bad service and passing the buck read the fine print nonsense... that phone is less that 3 months old and been treated like a gold...
