On 19 April 2013 i applied to get my daughters contract upgraded. They promised to have the phone delivered within 3 to 7 working days, 30 April was day 8, i called the upgrades department today and they informed me that the courier could not get hold of anyone, they have returned the phone, i gave explicit instructions not to contact me on the contract number as the number is with a 16 year old girl that is in school, i gave my number to the operator several times. Today when i said that i will not order the phone again, they need to dispatch the phone as per the previous instructions, i was told i have to go through the complete process again as the driver could not find the address of delivery. i then told the operator that i would rather cancel the contract than go through the process again. she then transferred me to the cancellations department, i explained that i am upset with the service, the operator in the cancellations department then just wanted to confirm the date of cancellation, there was no effort from anyone to see if they could retain the business, or the customer, I felt let down by a service provider i have used for the past 10 years
