I took a cellfone contract with vodacom and took two types of contract: limited and unlimited contract. However vodacom was withdrawing more than a thousand from my bank account regardless of how use the contract sim card. After 90% call rate on the unlimited sim card, Vodacom would close my account and with draw huge amount from my account then I decided not to use the sim card in making a large number of calls however they would still withdraw more than a thousand. I then stopped paying the account then they referred me to their legal section they then decided to call me and fix my payments with them we agreed that I will pay R500 every month. I got a sms saying my balance is:

SENWANA SENGWANA kindly be advised your current balance it R8218.89 we received 2 payment of R500.00 dated 31/8/13 and 31/7/13. Regards VVM
