NO ASSISTANCE WITH ACCOUNT PROBLEM

I had a 36 month data and laptop contract with Vodacom which expired on 19 July 2013.I went into Vodacom at Mall@Carnival in Brakpan and upgraded this contract to a Router contract from 20 July 2013. In other words, the previous 36 month contract ended on 19 July and the new Router contract started on 20 July 2013. Within two weeks I had a connection problem and was informed by Vodacom that my account had been suspended due to an arrear amount of nearly R5 000! I had to pay this before I could be connected again. I made a payment of R2 000 on 25 July (Item reference B953201216) and another R2 500 on 26 July (Item Ref. B953301346) as shown on my Account statement invoice dated 31 July 2013. I also went into Vodacom at Mall@Carnival and requested a statement. They requested this from Head Office, but Head Office was "off-line". On the mentioned statement, taken from the Vodacom website, the balance on my account was R3525, 18 in credit on 31 July 2013. I received a Tax Invoice from Vodacom dated 3/8/2013 sent to my postal address with an outstanding amount of R4 617, 34! R4 500 payments not showing. E-mails sent to Vodacom comes back as "Undeliverable". I need this account sorted out PLEASE!
