Bad customer service and incompetent

I recently tried to upgrade my contract with Vodacom and they sent me the wrong handset. I called them 5 times only after 2 weeks of calling they collected the handset, thereafter they have still not cancellled the price plan. I have called them 15 times in a month, they have not responded to my calls, i am told by the customer service consultants that someone from the cancelation department will call me but nothing. i am paying for something I am not using and I cannot get vodacom to help me sort out this query. they keep passing me over to different departments and nobody till today. I have no idea what to do. I want nothing to do with vodacom. Really what is this. Appalling
