I made a sim swap when I lost my phone about 5 months ago, I was given a micro sim, on the 14th the sim detached itself from the holder, I went to MTN Wonderpark was told that by Thulani (who was very rude and was chatting on his phone) that they only have those for contract users and the normal sim for pre-paid. After I asked to use the store phone to call 808 I was advised by the operator that if I want a normal sim then the store should provide one and I asked her to advice Thulani he spoke to the operator and hung up and said I should go somewhere as he can't help me after I paid for the sim I was told that it will also I due time do the same thing as the previous sim and that I will have to keep doing this excise until I have a phone that uses a micro sim
