Verry bad service

I own a Samsung ACE hand set and have send it in 3 times already due to the battery going dead in two days.
The first time they said it is the battery which I had to pay for which I did.
The second time they said there is no problem and when the guy in the Lephalale store spoke to the works foreman in Polekwane he said my simcard is old which I had to replace.
The third time I send it in they say again there is no problem as the battery lasts more than two days and I had to recharge it one day after I received it from them.
When asked for a name and number to lodge my complain they said I must phone Vodaworld.
