Really disappointed in Samsung and MTN. My s4 which is about two months old and on contract has a battery problem. The battery downs down really quickly and the phone switches off all day. I was advised by MTN there had been no problems with these phones, however I have just read numerous complaints on the internet. I have contacted MTN who says that the phone needs to be taken back to the store and they will send it in for repairs. There are no repairs required, since this is an obvious problem kindly replace my battery immediately!!! I will be going away shortly and will need to take my phone with me. I cannot afford to send my phone in for a few months. Please contact me urgently. please please please!!! I need my new battery before I go.
