FAIL TO PICK UP PAYMENT THEN SUSPENDING ACCOUNTS

I have an account with 8ta with a data contract and cell phone contract, on 23rd August 8ta stated that debit orders were going to be pulled off late 05 Sep instead of 01 Sep, so I decided to pay in the amount by EFT with my unique reference code, I made payment on the 24th of August of R800 when my account was only R794.25 half way through September, my account was suspended, so I called to find out why and they said it was in arrears with R794.25 so I then explained that it was payed, they logged a case and then hen I called a week later they said the case was closed, Telkom Mobile store in Brooklyn also told me 8ta had suspended hundreds of numbers and deleted numbers as well. I then payed my next bill of R980, when in actual fact my bill cant be over R800 cause my contract is R399 and R388 and their is no spending limit. But I payed it and sent both Aug and Sep proof of payment and Telkom Mobile Brooklyn also sent it through to the Benoni Collections Department, I still had 8Gig on my internet left and no it is the new month and have lost all that and it is still suspended...

I am very disappointed by this service, if they could just wake up and fix small issues!!!
