Just a bit cheese off with your Samsung product. but mostly with MTN service!!! Purchase my Galaxy S4 1 August 2013 and a few month later my phone keeps rebooting when battery reaches between 50 to 60% then gets a message to say i must connect it to power and shows % after charging it works fine and checked battery and has a bit of swelling. Then this morning i took it to the MTN store in Canal Walk Shopping centre and were told that i have to book it in for repairs and will take between 7- 14 working days. I this day in age how can you be without a phone for this long. How will you be able to make eft payment when they send you the pin to verify payments, etc. Also read that this is a general problem with the battery. So why do they have to book in your phone when Samsung knows that the battery is a problem and announced that they will do a swap out???
