MTN is such a useless service provider they went on national wide campaign about new ascend P6 cell phone, which you get R600 voucher for 1st 600 but non of their consultant knew anything about it. I went to few MTN outlets (sandton city, calton center, boulders) during launch of phone late August but all consultants have no info. During week at Carlton center spoke to Bafentse who was still clueless telling its not written anywhere. i am currently listening to Metro FM Dj Phat Joe talking about same ascend P6 special live on radio. I got approved for it this cell but I will not taking MTN contract if i don't get that voucher. its just unprofessional to have such message to public while your staff are in dark... You paying so much air time on radio but inform your customer facing staff... it I am walking to vodacom or cell c...
