I have just recently taken out a new contract with Cell C for the new Samsung 4. Not even 2 months has gone by and already my "NEW" Samsung 4 is giving me problems. After phoning Cell C Sandton branch and speaking to salesman by the name of Charles, he could only tell me that there is nothing that he can do but I must bring the phone in and they will fix it, taking 4-6 weeks!!! why the must I wait for a phone that I'm paying R -650 per month and is supposed to be Brand NEW???
Obviously when I asked to speak to the manager, at this supposed to be up market Sandton branch MR Chetty was no where to be found.
No service after I have signed the contract once they get your money Cell C customer service goes out the window!!
There was a massive discussion a week ago on radio 702 concerning the new Samsung 4 giving problems regarding the battery etc... How hard is it for Cell c just to replace the battery for me!!!
I will be taking this complaint to the newspapers and consumer council.
