I Have been charge twice for a Cell C contact and made 4 phone calls, sent message on Twitter and written a report of Hello Peter to try get a refund and still nothing.
I was told the money would be refunded within 48 hours. That was a week ago.
How do I get through to Cell C. All I ever get is call center staff who tell me the money will be refunded but still nothing.
I think it's time I need to talk to someone with some authority at Cell C.
My next step is to go to Wendy Knowler about this issue.
