Having been inconvienced for 3 months after doing my upgrade and not enjoying my upgrade. i feel that i must be compensated for the inconvience that was caused to me. Nokia/vodacom repairs have failed me four times on job numbers linked to 9169237, only now the firth time that the phone was fixed after getting such a helpful consulant from the walking repairs in vodaworld. I would like to commed Ronnie for the great help that he provided, the phone was not charging again and i was in the verge of sending iit back, but he managed to get it to charge after sending it along with the battery to their back office technicians who found out that the battery was the one causing all this problem.
