Hi

I got a new Samsung s3 on a contract with you about 3 months ago and all together it has been in for repairs for more than 6 weeks in and out. (sell nr 0713848415)

The problem I am incurring is simple, the phone takes more than 17hours to fully charge from "no battery power', so when I do charge it over night it only gets to 40% when I need to take if of charge and head for work and before the end of the day (even if I don't use the phone) the battery is dead.

Every time it go's in for repairs they give me back the pone without the problem being fixed and they say they did test the battery and everything is fine.

Before I gave in the last time I asked the guy to charge the phone at the vodashop for 2 hours and see how much it charges, in that 2 hours it did net even charge 3% so he send it back for repairs and asked the technicians to physically test how long it takes to charge.

I got the phone back today and it still has the same problem they only gave me a new charger, I phoned the technician and asked him if they tested the phone as I requested and he said no he tested it electronicly and everything works fine, but clearly it doesn't.
