Why must we wait on u?

I called these Neanderthals 4 times about moving my line. First to inform them I'm moving, to which I was told I was gonna receive a discount and my line would be moved free of charge for being a loyal client. Then I called to check the progress and was told the line was blocked for but I would get a call the same day once it was all cleared up... yeah right! Then I called again to check up if it was cleared and was told my order was at the technicians they were gonna contact me on that day to arrange when they can come... no call and a week later. Today I called again and was told that according to their system my line was cancelled and there is no order. Do u people enjoy lying and misleading your clients? Very unprofessional and disgusting business practices. Please get my Adsl and phone line sorted or cancel my contract with u. I'm not prepared to wait 21days excluding weekends from today after I already requested this 3 weeks ago.
