Moving house-Telkom line transfer nightmare

Telkom advert online said free cordless phone and moving line will be done around requested date if app made 30 days in advance. i planned to move house on 20 Feb 2013 and application was made early January 2013. As 20 Feb drew near I called Telkom to find out what was going on and was told my application was CANCELLED by their technicians in January.. how can they do that? apparently they made a call and i didnt get it.. no logs on my phone showing missed calls received. anyway called telkom again and they said order will be put through when cancellation done on first request (2-3 weeks ago). i checked today and it shows cancellation order is pending! i need to move house and i need my line! please please please! noone can tell me why the technicion would cancel my order in january 2013 when my request clearly said we are moving on 20 Feb 2013
