Illegal actions taken on closed fully paid account

In continuation to my last Complaint turned Compliment, I take that back. In Nov/Dec 2012 my contract was confirmed as fully paid and no further statements were received since then. 9months later (Sept2013) an sms is received stating that Legal Dept is dealing with my acc & I will be handed to the attorneys. My last payment in Dec2012 was R139.07 as indicated on the statement and the illegal charges of R1432.27 which were during my dispute updated to R2316.24 with no further reason ever given on that. I have last statement received confirming only R139.07 being outstanding balance and illegal charges removed. After and before these funds were paid I double checked with customer support &at nearest cell c outlets they confirmed I no longer owed and the acc is fully closed. I've been trying all day on Friday to resolve this to no avail. And my emails have not been replied to. Please rectify this as what you are doing is against the Consumer Act and knowing my rights it will be a pleasure taking this further since abuse to consumer rights. Please clear this and my clear my credit record. I have proof of contact, payment&statements confirming I don't owe.
