I Requested my Telkom line to be moved from one premises to my new premises. I requested this on 30/10/13 and had to cancel the order in December cause they messed it up. They subsequently scheduled the line to be moved about a week after that and the technician never showed up or contacted us.
I keep phoning and spending 45min on the line per call and till today they cant give me any answers as to when the line will be moved.
This is the most pathetic service I ever received from any supplier.
