I have not had any telkom service at home for 5 weeks now. When i initially reported my fault, it was captured incorrecly by telkom as 'slow adsl' as opposed to 'NO adsl'. So that case number was cancelled and a new one was re-issued. That was after 2 weeks. Now, 3 weeks later, i still don't have any service at home. I keep getting told by the call centre that it is an area problem. So what? Fix the area problem then. This would never be accepted by any company with aspirations of delivering world class service.
