To Whom It May Concern.
I have now been without ADSL for 3 weeks.
The problem was initially reported on 23/10/2013 (Reference: 517CNK231013) then again on the 07/11/2013 (Reference: 333CNK071113) this was then escalated on the 08/11/2013 (Reference: ARS 237014).
Telkom's fault reporting will not allow me to log the fault again, despite there being a problem.
A technician replaced a short phone cable, but the problem still persists; the problem is in the phone line.
Please rectify this problem, as I receive important emails daily, and have to leave the premises to receive them, and have thus been unable to reply in a timely fashion.
