I took out a contract on 4 September at the Northgate branch where they told me it is possible to have the contract put on my existing 8ta number. They then called to tell me it won't possible. So then I spoke to the call centre and they said it is possible. So I went to the Rosebank store to fill out the documents again for it to be done. They told me 72 hours. After countless calls and days it is still not done, yet they have blocked my old number and now want to block the new one for 48hrs to do the swop. I am losing money every single day my clients cannot get hold of me. I am fuming.
